DOCUWISE And Artisan Infrastructure Partner To Deliver Cloud-Based Managed Print Solutions


DOCUWISE, a Managed Print Solutions (MPS) provider and Artisan Infrastructure, the wholesale Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider, have partnered to provide VARs and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) a turnkey managed print solutions to deliver to their customers.

DOCUWISE’s Print Environment System Organizer platform is now available as a template in Artisan Infrastructure’s Certified Solution Ecosystem, to allow seamless access to the complete DOCUWISE MPS solution.

As a result, the channel can leverage Artisan Infrastructure’s IaaS to ensure direct access to DOCUWISE’s managed print solutions, as well as have the ability to monitor and manage any document output environment.  This functionality includes all OEM hardware brands and models of networked and non-networked print devices, fax machines or copiers.

To demonstrate the benefits and value of this partnership within the Channel, DOCUWISE and Artisan Infrastructure will co-host a three part joint webinar series that begins July 12, 2012, titled: Printers are Part of the IT Network, Manage them or Someone Else Will.

The online conference series will feature presentations from Frank Bauer, Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances for Artisan Infrastructure, and Ron Harris, President and CEO of DOCUWISE, LLC., During the event, attendees will learn about market potential, the competition, as well as the potential for recurring MPS revenues.
