Merchant Warehouse Partners With SouthWare Innovations

Merchant Warehouse, a provider of payment technologies and merchant account services, today announced a new partnership with SouthWare Innovations, Inc., a business management technology developer.

As part of the relationship, the SouthWare order entry system, point-of-sale system, web based shopping cart and collections software will be integrated with the Merchant Warehouse Genius Customer Engagement Platform.

Now, retailers that leverage SouthWare business management solutions will have a platform for all credit, debit and gift card programs. Future platforms may include EMV, NFC, QR/2D barcode and loyalty program integration.

Merchants benefit from simple security and open access, supporting continued business growth with agility and speed. By deploying Genius, SouthWare merchants can choose the payment and platform applications they want to offer and Genius will be remotely updated with no time-intensive software upgrades or terminal exchanges.
