HootSuite has expanded its App Directory to include SugarCRM, the CRM tool designed to help organizations increase efficiency and control of the sales and customer service pipeline. This new integration comes on the heels of SugarCRM receiving $40 million in private equity funding from Goldman Sachs.
The SugarCRM app joins a series of other enterprise solutions such as Salesforce and Yammer, and is available immediately for free to all HootSuite Enterprise clients. Using the solution, sales and customer support reps can create SugarCRM Leads and Cases based on unique social media messages, then assign and share them with specific teams for quick action and follow up.
InsightfulCRM, a customer-centric lead generation, loyalty, experience, and sales processes company and SugarCRM preferred partner, developed the app.
Team members can make their SugarCRM database more robust by including social insights for all lead generation efforts and customer service cases.
For example, sales teams who engage in social selling and lead generation can better identify and create leads based on social media profiles. Customer service reps at help desks, call centers and even within social media communities, also can tap SugarCRM to create cases from social media messages. Cases can then be shared with the entire customer service team to help speed up resolution times and in turn, improve customer satisfaction.
“Social media is fast-becoming a major asset for customer-facing teams across entire organizations, from sales to customer support. Businesses are really starting to see the benefits of using social media to enhance customer engagement and reap the benefits of social selling,” says Gregory Gunn, VP of Business Development at HootSuite. “So I’m thrilled to introduce SugarCRM to the HootSuite App Directory. This new integration allows business teams to better follow up with social media leads, nurture relationships in real-time, and close deals easier than ever before.”
The App Directory from HootSuite currently includes more than 60 free and premium apps, helping global Enterprise users such PepsiCo, HBO, Virgin, Sony Music, and 744 of the Fortune 1000 companies, improve their businesses.
