Demandware Adds Olapic, True Fit To LINK Partner Program
Demandware, a digital commerce solution provider, has announced that Olapic, a company that allows users to integrate their original photos and videos into e-Commerce websites, and True Fit, a personalization software provider and Big Data technology company, have become Demandware LINK Technology Partners.
As a result of the partnership with Olapic, Demandware will allow clients to manage and publish user-generated photos and videos, and connect that content back to the point of purchase. The SaaS solution allows retailers to share photos and videos with consumers quickly and efficiently, helping them show products in action.
“Integrating Olapic into the Demandware platform will offer a whole new set of features to our customers,” said Tom Griffin, SVP of Corporate Development of Demandware. “User-generated photos and videos are one of a number of new and innovative technologies that are helping our customers bring exciting and revenue-generating experiences to the end-consumer.”
By adding True Fit to its solution set, Demandware will give retailers the opportunity to add personal fit ratings and size recommendations driven by the voice of the customer. This new feature is designed to help decrease overall number of returns and boost customer loyalty.
“Our clients now have the opportunity to implement the True Fit solution, which has been shown to help improve conversion rates,” Griffin added. “We’re pleased to offer a certified integration that allows our footwear and apparel clients to more easily implement True Fit and further accelerate growth.”
