BlueStar Partners With Phoenix Managed Networks

BlueStar, a global distributor of technology solutions including mobility, POS and RFID, has partnered with Phoenix Managed Networks, a cloud-based network services and security company. The partnership positions BlueStar to offer Phoenix’s network security solution to its network of value-added resellers.

The solution, PhoeniXSentry, is designed to protect delicate information including healthcare and credit card information. The partnership aims to alleviate the growing concern of data security throughout many data-driven organizations.

“As PCI Data Security Standards become increasingly stringent, VARs want to protect their customers from fraudulent activities,” said Mark Fraker, VP of Marketing for BlueStar. “By partnering with Phoenix Managed Networks, BlueStar can offer its VARs a secure end-to-end point of sale system.”
