ZINFI Boosts Revenue in 2017; Expands Global Footprint

ZINFI Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of Unified Channel Management (UCM) solutions, announced it ended 2017 with 72% revenue growth in its software business and a significant increase in profitability as the result of multiple new customer acquisitions and renewals of existing software and services contracts.

“It’s been another great year, and the results speak directly to our companywide commitment to making our customers successful,” said Sugata Sanyal, ZINFI’s founder and CEO, in a press release.  “Through our Customer Linked Innovation & Creation (CLIC) process, we introduced more than 600 new innovations to our platform in 2017.”

ZINFI also expanded its global footprint with the introduction of in-country concierge resources in five major countries in Europe, said Sanyal. “ZINFI’s Unified Channel Management (UCM) platform is redefining how the industry approaches channel management.”

ZINFI expanded its global presence to provide in-country multilingual support around the world. The company currently supports English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Spanish for the European market, and Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese languages for the Asia Pacific market.

The company provides deep channel concierge capabilities in all key countries around the world with an in-country, “boots on the ground” presence.

In addition to expanding its customer base, ZINFI won several major industry innovation awards for its partner relationship management (PRM) and partner marketing management (PMM) solutions. The company also garnered recognition from major analyst firms as well.

In its Partner Relationship Management 2017 report analyzing the PRM marketplace, SiriusDecisions noted that ZINFI’s PRM software platform is well-positioned to address channel globalization with “the greatest footprint outside of North America of all the pure-play PRM vendors evaluated. In addition, ZINFI’s platform natively supports more languages and currencies than the other platforms.”

The SiriusDecisions report also praises ZINFI’s focus on integration with other channel management automation systems, offering “discrete PRM, CMM and CSM platforms that also can be seamlessly integrated. This positions ZINFI as the only vendor with a native platform across these three core application areas.”
