The advanced community capabilities enable dynamic collaboration among users across all core application areas, including business planning, contract management, lead management, deal registration, configure price quote, demand generation, incentives and more. With the expanded community module, partners can now seek help from each other, raise questions and answer others in real time as a part of a thoroughly integrated workflow in social or private modes.
This new set of features reduces workloads for partners and their vendors while increasing communication effectiveness, responsiveness and resolution of open items.
ZINFI was named a leader in The Forrester Wave: Partner Relationship Management, Q4 2018 report. Citing the company’s horizontal approach to the market and its “strong engineering pedigree,” Forrester noted that “ZINFI’s PRM solution provides robust global capabilities with excellent functionality, flexibility through a modular approach, and infinite customizations for complex channel environments.”

Forrester also commented that the ZINFI solution comes with a wide set of integrated marketing tools such as search, social, syndication, email, event, and microsites that can be put together in a single- or multi-touch campaign. The solution has strong cross-functionality, including the asset eStore, integrated MDF/co-op management, adaptive reporting and business intelligence.
