Allbound Names Daniel Graff-Redford Its New CEO

Allbound, a partner relationship management platform provider, has appointment Daniel Graff-Radford as the company’s chief executive officer. Graff-Radford, who was most recently the chief strategy officer at OnSolve, is an 18-year tech company veteran with a successful track record of growing and operating both private and public companies.

Allbound Partner Sales Acceleration Solution logo“We are very pleased to have Daniel join us as chief executive officer of Allbound,” said Jim Armstrong, Allbound board member, founder of JDA Software, and managing partner at Canal Partners, which invested in Allbound in 2015. “Daniel has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of the software industry which will assist Allbound in becoming the premier solution in the partnership relationship management space.”

In addition to his tenure at OnSolve leading the company’s strategy, Graff-Radford has served as vice president at PGi leading its innovation lab and eventually product management of its fastest growing web solutions. He was the vice president and general manager at Omnilink Systems where he helped build the initial business plan, and its eventual sale to Numerex, now Sierra Wireless (SWIR).  In sales and operational leadership roles, Graff-Radford has led multiple successful channel programs for technology products and services providers.

In December, Allbound reported that it received a significant investment in Series A funding led by Canal Partners with other investors including KLH Venture Partners, Tallwave Capital, Arizona Founders Fund, and Stout Street Capital. In total, $3.61 million has been raised to advance product development within the Series A round, resulting in a total of $7.4 million raised since company inception.

Due to an 838% growth in its customer base in the past two years and a need for innovation in the channel, Allbound has made it a goal to make major improvements in the product in 2019. The company has partnered with and is in the process of developing an integration with Sisense, an analytics platform, to offer business insights. Also in the 2019 product development roadmap is a key integration with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and HubSpot.
